چکیده

Introduction. Modification of tryptophan metabolism during the progression chronic kidney disease may have significant pathophysiological consequences. The aim this study was to investigate status metabolic products tryptophan, indoxyl sulfate and kynurenine in different stages disease. Material Methods. In all participants included cross-sectional (n = 66) with previously diagnosed disease, parameters renal function were measured: glomerular filtration rate using radionuclide plasma clearance 99mTc-labelled diethylene triamine penta-acetate effective flow 131Ilabeled orthoiodohippuric acid. Plasma concentrations measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results. A difference observed both metabolites between groups (Group II - 15 60 ml/min/1.73 m?; n 36 vs. Group I > l/ min/1.73 26): 1.07 ? 0.89 2.44 4.05 ?g/ ml, p < 0.001; 3.15 0.22 3.21 0.17 ?g/ml, 0.05. correlation statistically r -0.38, 0.001 0.56, -0.33, 0.05 0.46, 0.001. Conclusion. There is a group patients m? compared m?. are inversely correlated flow.
